Stripe payment flow

The restaurant uses Stripe as the core online payment system, from the order through payment to the start of the performance. The price and the steps are shown before the service begins.

    Selection

    Choose the performance or service

    The guest selects a sports-performance item, such as the fresh pineapple performance, on the dedicated screen. A seat number makes it possible to perform the service at that table.

    • The price is agreed before payment, so extra charges are not added afterwards.
    • The seat number keeps the service at the correct table.
    • Guests can choose a performance, food, a drink, or a supplement.

    Review

    Review the cart and continue

    The cart shows the selected services. Several performances can be ordered together, and the total is shown. After review, the guest continues to the payment page.

    • The service is performed in the store. Nothing is shipped to another address.

    Payment

    Confirm the table and choose Stripe

    The payment screen asks for the table number and the payment method. Card payment through Stripe is the main method. The card is approved on Stripe’s encrypted gateway, and the payment record is sent to the store system. Cash is only a secondary option.

    • The terms and privacy notice appear before “Confirm order”. Tapping the button is the agreement, and payment starts only after that.
    • On-screen wording: tapping “Confirm order” means you agree to the terms and the privacy policy.
    • Payment runs in a PCI-DSS environment. The store does not keep the card number.

    Service

    The performance starts at the table

    After payment is confirmed, staff begin the sports performance and the food or drink service at the seat the guest named. The service happens in the store, so there is no delivery step.

    • Online payment and the in-store service are one continuous flow.

How the store operates

01Prices are agreed first, then payment, then the service. That is how extra charges and mishandled cash are avoided.

02Every service is a sports performance in an open room. The store does not provide entertainment as defined by the adult-entertainment law.
